On my end, I sit with your information and do a full scan of your energy field. You don't need to be doing anything in particular while this happens. Go about your day.
Within three business days, you'll receive a personal note by email: what I found, and one thing to sit with. If you've added the Reiki send, that note comes with it.
You don't have to explain what's wrong, or have a clear question ready. "I just feel off" is enough. Whatever comes through, I'll write it to you plainly, without jargon, so you have something real to hold onto and decide what, if anything, you want to do next.
