I work with integrity, always
I will never overstate what energy work can do, or create dependency in a client. My aim is always to support your empowerment — not to position myself as the answer to everything. If I don't think I can help you, I will tell you honestly and, where possible, point you toward someone who can.
I will never pressure you
There is no sales pressure here. If we have a conversation and you decide it's not the right time, or I'm not the right fit — that's completely okay. I would rather you make the right decision for yourself than book a session out of obligation.
Confidentiality is non-negotiable
What you share with me — in inquiries, in sessions, in written notes — stays with me. I do not share client information, stories, or experiences with anyone, in any form, without explicit consent. Not even anonymised versions without your agreement.
Energy work is not medicine
I am an energy practitioner, not a medical or mental health professional. While energy work can support overall wellbeing, it is complementary — not a replacement for medical care, therapy, or psychiatric support. I will always encourage you to seek appropriate professional help when it's needed.
I show up as a whole person
I work from my own lived experience — of corporate burnout, of working motherhood, of displacement, of the kind of exhaustion that success doesn't fix. That experience informs my work, but it doesn't make me your therapist or your friend. I hold clear, caring, professional boundaries in every session.
I am always learning
I am committed to ongoing professional development in my practice — continuing education in Reiki, Theta Healing, and the broader field of energy medicine. I hold only the modalities I am properly trained in, and I update my practice as I grow.
