1. Services Offered
The Inner Terrain Collective offers energy healing sessions including Reiki, Distant Reiki, Theta Healing, Theta Body Scans, and Distant Body Scans. These services are provided online. All sessions are intended as complementary wellness support and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
2. Scope of Practice
Energy healing is a complementary wellness practice. It is not medicine, therapy, counselling, or psychiatry. Sessions do not constitute diagnosis, treatment, or prescription of any kind. Nothing communicated before, during, or after a session should be interpreted as medical or psychological advice. You are encouraged to continue working with any licensed medical or mental health professionals you are currently seeing. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed healthcare professional or emergency services immediately.
3. Eligibility — Minimum Age
Services offered by The Inner Terrain Collective are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By booking a session or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Sessions for minors will not be conducted without the explicit written consent of a parent or legal guardian, and are offered at sole discretion.
4. Session Bookings & Payments
Sessions are confirmed upon payment. Payment details will be shared during our initial conversation. Prices are stated in the currency agreed at the time of booking and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
5. Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the session fee. Distant sessions (Reiki Send or Body Scan) are non-refundable once the session has commenced.
6. Session Notes & Recording
Brief personal notes may be taken during or after your session to support continuity of care. These notes are kept strictly confidential and are never shared with third parties. Sessions are not recorded by audio or video without your prior explicit consent. If you wish to record any part of a session yourself, please request permission in advance. You will always be informed before any recording takes place.
7. Confidentiality
Everything shared in sessions is treated with complete confidentiality. Your personal information and session content will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
8. Results
Energy healing outcomes vary between individuals. Results shared in testimonials or client stories reflect individual experiences and are not guaranteed. No specific outcome, healing, or transformation is promised as a result of working together. I commit to showing up fully present, professionally, and with integrity in every session.
